The Wyandotte Bulldogs finished the regular season with a 15-5 record.
State Tournament @ Whiting Field House @ Washburn University in Topeka

In the first round, Wyandotte defeated the Augusta Orioles 36-13.

In the quarterfinals, Wyandotte defeated the Quinter Bulldogs 38-17.
-
In the semifinals, Wyandotte defeated the Hutchinson Salthawks 23-14.

In the finals, Wyandotte defeated the Newton Railers 17-9 earning their 1st state title since 1923.

The 1930 state tournament was the first ever held in Topeka.

The state championship game was broadcast live for the first time by a radio station, Topeka’s WIBW.
